Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges may be accepted if:

The product received is damaged
The product received is defective
The wrong product was delivered
The issue is reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused and in its original condition
The original packaging is available

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

The product has been used
The product is damaged after delivery due to mishandling
The original packaging is missing
The request is made after the return window
The product was purchased in bulk or made on special order, unless defective or incorrect

Contact number
Product images or video showing the issue
Reason for return or exchange
