Refunds are only applicable in cases where a product is unavailable, damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered and cannot be exchanged.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued if:

The ordered product is out of stock after payment
The customer received a damaged or defective product
The wrong product was delivered and replacement is not available
The return request is approved by PrinceWare

Refund Timeline

Refund processing may take 7 to 14 working days, depending on the payment method and bank processing time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from PrinceWare’s side.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, wallet transfer, or any other mutually agreed method.
