Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled if the cancellation request is made before dispatch confirmation.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. The customer may follow the return or exchange process if the received product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Bulk Order Cancellation

Bulk, corporate, customized, wholesale, export, or special orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed or processed.
